Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our agile financial team. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP to record transactions accurately
Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions with attention to detail
Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure ledger accuracy through account analysis and account reconciliation procedures
Assist with payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time




Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining organized records of financial documents and transactions
Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities and provide support for financial reporting and analysis

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
Experience with payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro or equivalent
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy in recording financial information
Ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis efficiently
Knowledge of budgeting techniques and financial reporting standards
Strong math skills combined with analytical thinking for effective account analysis and problem-solving
