Responsibilities
File repair orders and service documentation accurately.
Organize invoices and financial records chronologically and alphabetically.
Maintain a clean, streamlined, and efficient filing system.
Retrieve documents quickly upon internal request.
Additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independantly.
Basic computer literacy.
Previous experience in an administrative or dealership setting is an asset but not required.
