As the HSE Advisor, you will report to the Manager and collaborate with the national health and safety team.

Your expertise will be essential for conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance, and providing on-the-spot training. Engage directly with field operations to foster a culture of safety while ensuring effective hazard identification and implementation of control measures. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site-specific risk assessments on construction sites
Monitor compliance with safety protocols during high-risk activities




Provide in office training and toolbox talks for workers
Support emergency response and improve safety integration
Recommend hazard mitigation measures for operations

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Health and Safety
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Professional safety certifications (CRSP, CRST) preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of safety legislation
Valid driver's license and bilingual in French/English an asset
