Join Kindred as a Family Engagement and Resource Coordinator, playing a key role in client engagement and mental health support in Calgary. This full time, hybrid position emphasizes interpersonal skills and resource coordination. As a crucial point of contact, you will facilitate access to counseling services, conduct assessments, and support clients with various needs.
Your commitment to a trauma-informed approach will enhance relationships and foster community ties. This position requires maintaining client records and participating in agency initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality service as a first point of contact
Employ a relational approach to client engagement
Assess needs and advocate for clients effectively
Organize appointments to ensure accessibility
Support staff and interns through training and feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in social work or related discipline
Knowledge of mental health settings and crisis response
Solid skills in documentation and community engagement
Experience working with diverse family systems
Competency in using Microsoft Office applications
Contribute to strengthening family connections and community resources with Kindred.
