We are looking to hire one full-time barista, approximately 25–30 hours per week.

This position requires availability for weekday shifts as well as both Saturday and Sunday.

What You’ll Do
Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Deliver efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift
Work as part of a team during high-volume rushes
Follow recipes, systems, and standards without cutting corners
Accurately handle POS and cash transactions
Behind the scenes work, such as putting away big orders and and preperation of drink ingredients

What We’re Looking For




Barista or customer service experience is an asset
Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Able to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Weekend availability is a must
