Facilitate a variety of engaging programs and events
Develop daily activity communications for residents
Create connections with residents, families, and team members
Drive the bus for community outings responsibly
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field preferred
Experience with seniors highly valued
Valid special class 4 driver's license
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Solid verbal and written communication skills
