In this crucial role, you will report to the Vice President of Health and Safety and be responsible for the implementation of safety programs and initiatives.

This includes developing project plans, guiding plant management on H&S; policies, and conducting audits. The position involves travel to various plant sites, including Edmonton, Calgary, Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam, and Wynyard. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive Health & Safety training programs
Develop and implement project plans with risk assessments




Conduct safety audits and work with management on improvements
Collaborate with multiple departments for effective project execution
Represent safety initiatives in company meetings and audits

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years in a similar H&S; role
Degree or certification in health/safety or engineering
Experience in delivering H&S; programs
CRSP and PMP certifications preferred
Robust communication skills for effective teamwork
