Review coverage and prepare Reservation of Rights letters
Evaluate claim losses and develop resolution strategies
Direct investigations and settlements efficiently
Assess litigation documents relevant to claims
Maintain accurate records and report summaries
Requirements:
5+ years in casualty liability claims handling
Active participation or completion of CIP/CRM programs
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with municipal claims advantageous
