In this pivotal position, the FNHA is looking for a Regional Nursing Leader who provides clinical oversight to enhance community health outcomes. Your leadership will focus on complying with regulatory requirements while promoting quality improvement initiatives. Robust communication skills are essential in collaborating with health partners and communities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to nursing staff across the region
Ensure adherence to professional standards of care
Oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs
Foster partnerships with Indigenous healthcare providers
Manage quality improvement efforts and monitor health outcomes

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) is advantageous
Valid nursing registration with a robust clinical background
Experience leading nursing operations and quality initiatives
Demonstrated ability to work with Indigenous communities
