Stage Windows & Doors seeks an Experienced Service Technician to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario, specializing in top-quality installations and service solutions. Be the face of our brand while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires you to respond to customer service requests effectively, perform accurate re-measures, and conduct installations.

You will need exceptional technical knowledge and robust problem-solving abilities. Regular interaction with clients ensures service quality and fosters lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer service tickets efficiently
Document service findings clearly and thoroughly
Provide qualified explanations of service processes to clients




Execute window and door installations according to safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members for effective problem resolution Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in related installation fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence with a clean record
Ability to travel throughout Ontario for service needs
