This role involves leading and managing the delivery of multiple applications while ensuring efficiency and innovation in our processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and technology, with a focus on agile delivery and stakeholder management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of experience in development and technology (Java, Spring Boot, CICD pipeline, automated deployments)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Project management skills, including resource and financial forecast coordination
Robust skills in executive reporting and stakeholder management
Experience in managing delivery of applications and leading L3 activities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Kafka
Familiarity with ETL, Hadoop, and Big Data technologies
Experience in application design and development activities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead cross-team interactions and manage stakeholder communications
Validate scope, plan release schedules, and manage risks for outages
Coordinate Scrum Master cadences to ensure efficient processes
Identify and leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery
Provide executive updates for weekly payments cadence
