A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nursing Association are required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate adaptability within a team-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a client referral assessment process for independence
Prepare care plans addressing individual client needs
Offer task instructions for Home Health Aides
Provide specialized nursing services to clients
Evaluate and update care plans based on assessments

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Registered with the Saskatchewan RN Association
Previous experience in Home Care is an asset
Solid public relations and communication skills
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license
