Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Assist in food preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest service




Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations and industry best practices

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with food safety protocols, food preparation, and hospitality best practices
Solid work ethic with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
Prior experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
