This hands-on leadership role involves managing a small offshore team, overseeing operational accounting tasks, and ensuring robust financial reporting. Ideal candidates will possess leadership experience, cost accounting skills, and proficiency in both English and German. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements
Lead inventory valuation and cost of goods sold analysis
Perform reconciliations for bank and general ledger
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
CPA designation required
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
2+ years of inventory accounting experience
2+ years of leadership experience with offshoring
