Maintain all building systems and coordinate with contractors
Ensure safety and valuable working condition for equipment




Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
Regularly communicate any project concerns and progress
Support management with building structure issues and tenant requests

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education required
At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
Ability to lift heavy items and handle emergency situations
Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector) required
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
