Position: Site Manager located in Prince George Area, Travel Required The Site Manager is Top40’s boots on the ground, keeping the office, installers, clients, and site teams aligned through clear communication, accurate site information, practical problem solving, and proactive project support. Site communication, reporting, meetings, dimensions, deficiency tracking, quality control, and coordination between Top40, installers, clients, and site teams.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented problem solver with solid communication and relationship-building skills. Prior experience installing millwork is essential.

Requirements:

- ·Read and interpret architectural and millwork shop drawings.
- Commercial millwork, cabinetry, and kitchen installation experience.
- Knowledge of BC Housing and AWMAC standards.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong organization, management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and Innergy ERP.

Responsibilities:

- Measure, verify,



and document site dimensions; communicate updates clearly.
- Review installer work and confirm quality standards are met.
- Track deficiencies, document issues, and coordinate remade parts.
- Prepare site reports and attend meetings to share updates, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate site access, hoisting, deliveries, installer support, and positive site relationships.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm, occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
