We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Skid Steer Operator/Supervisor to lead and execute pile removal on oilfield sites. Duties
- Operate skid steer loaders with precision to perform tasks such as pile removal grading, excavation, material handling, and site cleanup.
- Supervise ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of skid steers, trucks/trailers and PED (Pile Extraction Device) to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment inspections, maintenance schedules, log books and safety inspections.
- Ensure all operations comply with local safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Skills
- Extensive experience operating skid steers in various construction environments.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate maintenance needs promptly.
- Strong understanding of site management principles.
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and productivity levels.
