We are currently have an opportunity for a full-time Painter to join our Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.

Role Description This full time Painter – Aerospace role is an on-site position located in Concord, ON. The Painter will prepare aerospace components for coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, and inspecting surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality. Daily responsibilities include mixing and applying paints and coatings according to specifications, performing spray painting and touch-up work, and following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and process sheets. The role involves operating painting and curing equipment, monitoring environmental and safety conditions, and maintaining a clean, organized work area in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Painter will also complete production documentation, support quality inspections, collaborate with team members to meet schedule and performance targets, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with industrial Paint and Painting in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  
  
  
  
• Skills in Painting and Decorating for precision, detail work, and high-quality finishes on complex components.
• Knowledge of Coatings, including surface preparation, curing processes, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Spray Painting techniques, including operation of spray equipment and control of thickness, coverage, and appearance.
• Understanding of aerospace or precision manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work with small tolerances and complex geometries.
• Comfort working with PPE and following strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00
