Under the guidance of the Chief Estimator, you'll ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and budget expectations while actively seeking improvement opportunities in construction processes. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals for clients
Participate in negotiations and post-tender discussions
Create and manage various project databases
Coordinate meetings and assist the estimating team
Monitor project risks and provide solutions

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in an estimating role
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in tenant improvements and renovations
Familiarity with construction estimating software
