As an Estimator reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates using advanced software and methodologies.

This role requires interpreting tender drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and managing tender submissions. You will lead Design-Build projects independently through all tender phases, ensuring accuracy while promoting effective stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret tender drawings and specifications
Perform quantity take-offs from project documents




Formulate tender costs for various project components
Prepare bid bond and insurance request forms
Conduct customer follow-ups on submitted tenders

Requirements:
University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of estimating experience in construction
Proficient with commercial bidding platforms
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Valid driver’s license and experience with municipal works
