Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service Technician, where your expertise will drive the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is perfect for motivated mechanics with a passion for mechanical systems, plumbing, welding, and construction. Duties
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly
Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC units, including pipe fittings and drainage systems
Utilize welding skills for component fabrication or repair when necessary to maintain system integrity
Work on boilers and other mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute service tasks




Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed to ensure proper documentation and follow-up

Skills
5 plus years solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems and appliance repair
G2 gas license
313D residencial AC license and ODP
Ability to read schematics accurately and apply technical knowledge effectively
Mechanical or mechanic experience with a focus on maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems
Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for exact repairs
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to system diagnostics
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
