Pickup trucks
Dump & utility trailers
Skid steers
Loaders
Compact tractors
Lawn equipment & small engines
Snow equipment

Responsibilities
Repairs and preventative maintenance
Troubleshooting mechanical issues
Assisting with parts inventory and ordering
Helping keep equipment organized and operational
Occasional flexibility to assist with emergency repairs during snow events

ScheduleSummer
Monday–Friday daytime hours
Typically 8-hour days
Flexible scheduling and additional hours available during busy periods as needed

Winter
Monday–Friday daytime hours
Typically 8-hour days
Flexibility may occasionally be required to assist with emergency repairs during snow events

What We’re Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience working on trucks, equipment, trailers, small engines, or heavy equipment is strongly preferred
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Welding/fabrication experience is an asset
Licensed 310S or 310T mechanics
We are open to someone with practical hands-on experience who is motivated to learn and grow within the role
Apprentices or mechanically inclined candidates looking to build a long-term career are encouraged to apply
