Duties
Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis to meet individual client needs
Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and managing client flow efficiently
Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty solutions tailored to each client’s skin type and preferences
Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas following health regulations and best practices
Requirements
Valid esthetician license or certification
Solid communication skills to effectively educate clients about services and product options
Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
Experience with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management software is a plus
Demonstrated upselling skills to promote services and retail products confidently
