We are seeking a skilled Esthetician and hairdresser to join our team. Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, and waxing
Provide expert advice on skincare regimens and products
Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean treatment room
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Upsell services and retail products to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with the front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client flow
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in retail sales to promote skincare products
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Esthetician
Proficiency in hair styling techniques is a plus, haircolour,
hair smoothening, keratin treatment, facial , waxing , threading, manicure pedicure
Experience in front desk operations is beneficial
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
Proven track record of upselling services and retail products
Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
