Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking four French-speaking Training Content Designers to support a Project Management Office transformation.
Responsibilities
Design and develop training materials supporting a PMO transformation.
Create instructor-led training, workshops, job aids, and reference materials.
Assess existing learning assets and identify content gaps.
Adapt existing content to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with change management and project teams.
Contribute to the overall training strategy and curriculum.
Qualifications
Experience designing training content for enterprise transformation initiatives.
Robust instructional design and content-development skills.
Experience developing instructor-led training, workshops, and performance-support materials.
Ability to work onsite in Montreal two days per week.
Qualified fluency in French.
