Purebred & commercial cow-calf operation in Central Alberta looking for a farm hand/ranch hand, equipment operator

This position entails various responsibilities from livestock handling & welfare, machinery operation, to general farm/ranch duties and maintenance on a cow-calf herd & beef cattle production operation.

Responsibilities
Calving cows
Cattle handling
Maintaining fences and gates.
Feeding and watering livestock.
Monitor livestock health and well-being.
Operate tractors, ATVs, and other farm/ranch equipment.
Field Work
Haying
Operating tractor & farm equipment
General maintenance & upkeep

Housing Available if required

No Horse Work

Must be able to work independently and with a team

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
Innisfail, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
cattle: 3 years (required)
Farm machinery: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
Class 1 Licence (preferred)
Class 5 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
