Certification Specialist III and lead product compliance efforts. Ensure adherence to key regulatory standards in product development. In this role, you will define and lead certification processes, working closely with the product development team. You are responsible for ensuring all water heating products comply with safety and regulatory standards through meticulous documentation and audit programs. This is an essential role requiring in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Manage certification processes for product development
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
Provide regulatory guidance for product safety
Collaborate with external partners for compliance evaluations
Review certification documentation and ensure accuracy

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, ME, IE)
At least 5 years in certification and compliance
Comprehensive understanding of safety standards
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience with regulatory agencies
