We are currently hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident as they explore products designed to support their everyday needs.

You will spend your day interacting with customers, working alongside your team, and building valuable communication and customer service experience along the way.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Start natural conversations to understand customer needs and preferences
Introduce customers to featured products and highlight what makes them helpful and relevant
Answer questions and help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Create a positive customer experience from the first conversation through to purchase
Represent our company professionally at each location
Work closely with team members to keep daily activities running smoothly




Attend training and team meetings to stay up to date on products and daily priorities

Qualities We Appreciate:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an asset, but not required
