The Screw Pile
Operator, reporting to the Construction Manager, will operate various heavy equipment on job sites, focusing on helical pile installation. This position is physically demanding and requires cooperation with the team while adhering to strict safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Follow company and client safety protocols diligently
Operate excavators with helical pile drivers efficiently
Support daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Participate in loading and unloading of materials
Attend mandatory safety meetings and equipment inspections
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Experience with helical and earthwork operations is crucial
Ability to safely lift 50lbs consistently
Must work effectively with others and independently
Pre-employment drug testing is required
