Duties
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently throughout your shift
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
Support food preparation activities by handling food handling tasks as directed by supervisors
Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service flow




Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen area to maintain a tidy workspace

Experience
Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques and sanitation standards is advantageous
Experience with food handling or kitchen operations enhances your ability to support the team effectively
Previous hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial in understanding guest service expectations
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
