Duties
Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Support the food service team by providing clean dishes promptly during busy service times
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment safe and eco-friendly




Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant or hotel dining area

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food handling practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a quick-paced setting
Commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment aligned with health standards
