Deliver swimming lessons with excellent customer service
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the teaching area
Create and adapt lesson plans for all abilities
Record and evaluate participant progress
Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies

Requirements:
Minimum 16 years of age
Intermediate First Aid with CPR C certification
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to ongoing training and skill enhancements
