AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate, resident-centered care within our teams. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor care according to individualized plans, and document information to keep care teams informed.
You will participate in in-service education, assist with onboarding of current staff, and uphold IPAC policies to maintain a protected setting for residents and colleagues. This role supports AgeCare's mission of quality, respect, and teamwork.
