Execute housekeeping and maintenance duties after hours
Oversee heating and security systems
Utilize techniques for floor care and maintenance
Coordinate preventive upkeep planning
Report on facility maintenance status

Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience required
General knowledge of security and alarm systems
Fluent in French, both speaking and writing
Excellent interpersonal and flexibility skills
Strong ability for physical tasks
