Work as an Electrician with DMC Mining Services at the Cadomin Mine site in Alberta. This fly-in/fly-out contract role involves 12-hour shifts centered on electrical installation and repair tasks. In this position, you will undertake critical responsibilities that support the underground mine’s operations, including installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Your role will directly contribute to enhancing the safety and efficiency of mining operations while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Complete cable installation and termination for underground projects
Handle repairs on various mining equipment
Support maintenance tasks directed by supervisors
Test systems for electrical continuity
Ensure tool inventory is complete and accurately monitored
Requirements:
Preferred: 309A Electrician License
At least 3 years of underground experience
Robust skills in time management
Understanding of safety and electrical codes
Effective communication skills
