What You’ll Do
Approach and engage people in a friendly, professional manner to request feedback.
Explain and guide participants through a short website review.
Identify usability issues, confusing sections, and prospects for improvement.
Submit feedback accurately through our online system.
Communicate with the team remotely regarding completed assignments.

Confident starting conversations with people you don’t know.

Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, and basic web applications.
Reliable and able to complete assignments independently.
Previous sales, customer service, marketing, research, or promotional experience is an asset but not required.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. You can choose your available hours based on your schedule, making it suitable for students, freelancers, or anyone looking for additional income.
No fixed full-time schedule is required.
Compensation
$25–$30/hour and potential more based on performance. Additional incentives may be available for consistently completed assignments and high-quality feedback.
