Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Picture Framing Chop & Joiner Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality picture frames and custom woodwork using accurate cutting, joining, and finishing techniques. Your expertise will ensure each piece meets exact specifications, delivering exceptional craftsmanship for our clients.

Duties
Cut, shape, and assemble wood pieces using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to create exact joints and finishes
Operate woodworking machinery such as chop saws, table saws, sanders,
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or custom framing with a solid understanding of construction processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools such as chisels,



hammers, saws, and measuring devices; familiarity with power tools including drills and sanders
Physical strength for heavy lifting and the stamina to stand for extended periods during detailed work

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
