Empower individuals in a supportive setting as a Community Support Facilitator with The Salvation Army. This position focuses on recreational and educational programming tailored to individual needs. As part of the Day Service team, you will coordinate activities that foster growth, independence, and social connections among members while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will also provide much-needed emotional support and assistance during crises, enhancing the overall experience for participants. Key Responsibilities:
Implement tailored recreational and educational programs
Monitor health and provide personal care as needed
Ensure a safe workplace and emergency readiness
Facilitate secure transportation and maintain member rights
Collaborate on community engagement initiatives Requirements:
High school completion or equivalent experience
Valid Manitoba Class 5F driver's license required
Transparent criminal and vulnerable sector checks
Related experience is an asset
Ability to lift and assist members physically Contribute your skills in support and program facilitation to uplift those served by The Salvation Army.
