Lead multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team
Implement engineering changes and quality improvements
Enhance manufacturability and reliability of products
Collaborate with operations and sourcing teams
Drive improvement initiatives and Value Engineering (VAVE) Requirements:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Minimum of 7 years in relevant engineering roles
At least 3 years in a management capacity
Familiar with configuration management processes
Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving Shape a high-performing team and product portfolio at Brunel.
