Childcare is looking for an experienced Lead Educator for its Preschool program located in Calgary Sage Hill. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management, exceptional communication abilities, and a transparent understanding of child development. This position requires a Level 2 or 3 Alberta Child Care Certification, a current Criminal Record Check, and First Aid Certification, along with a commitment to creating a safe and inspiring learning workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Implement engaging educational programming for children




Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
Encourage children’s participation in learning activities
Supervise and engage with children to promote well-being
Provide updates and communication to parents

Requirements:
Experience in preschool or daycare is essential
Alberta Child Care Certification Level 2 or 3
