Your responsibilities will include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and administer medications. You'll be instrumental in creating therapeutic relationships, empowering clients and providing crisis interventions to enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate care through assessments and treatment plans




Provide direct nursing care and monitor client progress
Facilitate communication among care team members
Support clients with self-care and informed decisions
Document observations and treatment outcomes Requirements:
Graduation from an approved Nursing program
Two years experience in mental health services
Current registration with BCCNM
Valid BC Driver's License
Knowledge of psychopharmacology and legislation Utilize your nursing skills to drive positive outcomes in community mental health at Fraser Health.
