Take on the role of Director of Operations at North West Rubber, overseeing critical recycling operations in Quebec. Focus on strategic improvements, safety, and seamless collaboration across sites. This role is key to ensuring operational safety and profitability at North West Rubber’s facilities in Sherbrooke, Beauceville, and Brantford.

Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities include leading teams, developing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Your leadership will bridge finance, engineering, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational teams to meet safety and operational targets
Establish effective KPIs for daily operations
Champion health and safety compliance initiatives
Identify process improvements and major expenditures
Actively manage inventory levels and spare parts Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 10+ years in operations
Experience managing multiple production facilities
Solid team-oriented and problem-solving skills
Hands-on leader with effective communication
Bilingual in English and French, able to travel regularly Drive operational excellence while enhancing efficiency as the Director of Operations.
