Royal Canadian Legion Branch 168 is looking for a full-time Bartender to join our team in Iqaluit, NU.

Bartender Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers.
Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote an excellent customer experience.
Take food and drink orders.
Maintain bar area, stock shelves, bar equipment, clean and sanitize all equipment.
Check stock to ensure it is adequate.
Check stock to ensure it is in valuable condition and make any necessary repairs.
Check all bottles to ensure they are in good condition, fill any gaps or empty into the keg or keg cooler.
Prepare kegs for the bar to fill when needed.
Keep the bar area clean and sanitized at all times.
Keep workstations clean, sanitized, stocked,



and presentable at all times.
Follow opening and closing procedures for both bar and restaurant.

Experience
Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Experience in a bar or other beverage establishment preferred.
You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow staff members.
