Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions
Serve food items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Handle cash and process payments efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and maintain cleanliness
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the workspace, and lift moderate loads as needed
Familiarity with Micros POS or similar cash register systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided
