Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and other menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety standards are met
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous barista experience or familiarity with serving beverages in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Experience in the food industry or food service is highly desirable
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and customer interactions
Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
