Duties
Deliver high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients through friendly communication, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
Upsell retail hair care products and styling services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.




Promote salon services and retail offerings to grow your clientele and support the salon’s business goals.

Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon workplace.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Excellent communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members.
Prior experience with retail sales or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
