Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience
Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately according to event specifications
Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality
Replenish supplies, explicit tables promptly, and manage side stations during events
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
Address guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout the event
Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization before and after events
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper serving techniques
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with food preparation or bartending is a plus but not mandatory
