Join The Alex as a Case Manager, guiding individuals toward housing stability in Calgary. Use your skills in addictions, mental health, and community engagement for transformative support. This role in the HomeBase program requires a dedicated skilled to assist formerly homeless individuals. You will employ intensive case management to develop personalized care plans and support clients in navigating community resources. The position is a full time six-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing
Complete assessments to evaluate needs and risks
Support clients with daily living skills and crisis intervention
Collaborate with team members and community partners
Transport clients and advocate for their rights

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
Experience in the homeless-serving system
Solid understanding of Housing First and Harm Reduction
Solid written and oral communication skills
Basic First Aid certification required
