Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
Assist with paving operations, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
Perform general construction tasks such as digging, framing, and material handling to support various phases of building projects
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members




Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and productivity on-site

Skills
Proven experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of building processes
Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle demanding manual tasks
