We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter / Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with carpentry experience who is also comfortable assisting with general labour tasks on residential and/or commercial projects. Opportunities for Carpentry Apprenticeship
Responsibilities
Assist with framing, siding, window installation, exterior finishing, flashing and general carpentry/construction tasks
Measure, cut, and install building materials
Load and unload materials and tools
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow project plans, instructions, and safety guidelines
Support carpenters and crew members as needed
Hands on experience working with wood and other construction material
Skills and Qualifications
Carpentry or construction experience preferred
Fall protection, WHIMIS, first aid tickets an asset (training can be provided)
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Ability to work at heights
Ability to follow instructions
Valid driver’s license an asset
Good communication skills

8hr shifts (depending on project needs)
